    Biggs compares the banks’ current situation to that of the techs after the ’00/’01 crash and dismisses the FDIC’s (growing) list of 416 problem banks. And here I thought the health of the financial system was a prerequisite to a real recovery, but apparently all the bad stuff has been “discounted” so it’s going to be OK.
