Look at the seasonality in the chart.

1. The velocity of change goes down around this time of year.
2. This year’s seasonal slowdown is far less severe than the seasonal slowdown of previous years.

I live in Vegas and there was an uptick here too because of all the foreclosures and short sales.

What blows me away is how people are going gaga for real estate. The flippers are back with the belief that you can get rich in real estate again.

This is nothing, but a false dawn.
