DOW THEORY BULL SIGN?

Richard Russell, of the Dow Letters, has been referring lately to a possibly forming Dow Theory buy signal.  The Dow Transports made a new low last week which was unconfirmed by the industrials.  If both break their January 6th peaks a Dow Theory buy signal would occur.  Russell has been very bearish since November 2007 when the theory confirmed a bear market.  He is one man worth listening to…
