		<description>I don&#039;t know if it will have a negative impact on the USD.  I mean...the strength of the USD is its reserve currency status.  If we can no longer print as much money, that means we as a country will have to live within our means more.  It is uncharted waters.  As for a replacement...I couldn&#039;t even guess.  I hope it is actually backed up by something other than the full faith of the IMF and UN!  My guess is probably it will start off as a sort of coupon for international transactions, like for oil, rather than an actual currency that we will all start using...at least for now... </description>
