Everyone is interested in China but frankly with all of the problems that China has including pollution, fresh water aquifers declining and so on, it's more likely to be the "1990's Japan". Brazil has done it smart by not importing oil with it's ethanol programs allowing them to build up their own industries. I’ve said the same thing for the last three years.
