Everyone is interested in China but frankly with all of the problems that China has including pollution, fresh water aquifers declining and so on, it&#039;s more likely to be the &quot;1990&#039;s Japan&quot;.  Brazil has done it smart by not importing oil with it&#039;s ethanol programs allowing them to build up their own industries.</description>
