INSIDER TRADING TRENDS REMAIN NEGATIVE

5 May 2010 by Cullen Roche 1 Comment

The latest trends in insider buying and selling remain little changed in the most recent week.  Insiders continue to be heavy net sellers of their own stock.  For the most recent week insiders sold $1.3B while buying just $18MM.  This is slightly improved over last week and brings the 4 week moving average up a notch, however, it continues to reflect a very low level of confidence by insiders in their own stocks.
