		<description>It seems intuitive that, when to the macro mix lenders of last resort are adding financial claims in an effort to prop up a mountain of insolvent claims, economic activity had BETTER be ramping up lest the intention is only to kick the can down the road and in the process destroy prospects of maintaining systemic solvency. In a picture worth a thousand words it looks like a done deal.</description>
