    Wow, Shiller is confounded by the upturn. I am glad to see that I am not the only one who is so uncertain these days. It is frightening to think though that a man who nailed the tech bubble and the housing bubble does not have a clear handle on the the current situation. Eye of the hurricane perhaps?
