ROGOFF CALLS FOR BELOW TREND GROWTH, POSSIBLE CHINA CRISIS

Ken Rogoff, a Harvard University professor and former IMF economist says we are likely to suffer from years of below trend growth and that China could be on the verge of a financial crisis.  Despite this, he says investors should not be as gloomy as some believe.  The following discussion shows why.
