		<description>Normal investors be it in an operative world (industrial and else)or in its reflection (the equities markets) expect a normalised world.
That is a world where they may assess prices and conjoncture ( no matter which one)with confidence. Past markets have failed to demonstrate adequate judgement on pricing and economics.
I fail to see any improvments the financial markets are a deterrent for real investments.</description>

It doesn&#039;t measure the health of the economy at all.  It just measures whether things are getting better or worse compared to expectations....And Wall St is an expectations game and nothing more.</description>
