    everyone and their mother knows that the stress tests were just not harsh enough. it was just a confidence builder plain and simple. and as meredith said, dont short the bank stocks until the “results” are out…..well…..lets see how big a set the hedge funds have now…..i think if they wanted to resume shorting banks, it will be like shooting fish in a barrel….there is no upside….so they should have no fear….

    besides, average joe never exhibited a revulsion to stocks as of yet….all he did was play ostrich by tossing his unopened 401k statements into a draw
