Fabers been dead on most of the past few years.

Honestly, does it matter how much money you make now if there is global apocalypse coming in the next 3-5 years or maybe earlier? Its not just about the chance of this financial meltdown happening again, theres the issue of global climate changes affecting the environment, the chance of outbreak of more virulent diseases, the dwindling food source (fish is an example).

I suggest that if you made enough money now, you buy a land, build your own fortifications and have enough land to be self sufficient for your own food supplies.

Divided, the world was supposed to end a million times throughout human history, and it never does. It won’t now. Sure we may have a pandemic eventually and what not, maybe a world war, but those things always happen. Doesn’t mean you should just do nothing. Mine as well commit suicide then (and who knows if that even provides an escape).

About Marc Faber…his short term calls are getting rusty. He isn’t a seer, but still, he seems to contradict himself sometimes. Like 2 weeks ago he said that the dollar will rise and punish stocks (his words not mine), now he is saying to buy stocks.
