If I just take a diversified bellweather, say HPQ (consumer, business, h/w, services, no unusual adjustments for balance sheet, near-term performance is GDP related etc.) its adjusted P/E is 14, its P/[adjusted op cash flow}~11.  I guess it must be all those bank stocks which are, of course, overvalued by 100000000% .. I guess you get 40% for the SP500 when you do a market cap or geomtric average!</description>
