Market Correction? Keep drinking the KoolAide. Probable selloff with rotation up to test recent high, eventually. Of course no guarantee it will. Naturally tops are made a bit more violantly than the distribution we saw in Dec/JAn. Wall St. constantly beats the bushes to support the “buy the dip” mentality, the sun always shines on Wall St. Pity the Buy & Hold investor with no risk management.

Risk is a cost of production process. Manage risk, make $. Market rotation sets up inflection points where the conviction of the bulls/bears are tested. Key is toknow where the key areas are and also know where the volume will be triggered. The market always goes where the “paper” is. The markets function is to “facilitate trade.” Advertise for buyers, advertise for sellers. IF buyers run out of firepower, the market will take the longs out because the paper (Stops), under the mkt will attract trade. On the pther side the paer over the market will attract the market, Short covering, etc. Asisde for technical anaylsis, understanding what moves the market is another dimension to bring inot the arsenal.

As far as this guy goes… he is talking the party line. Doesn’t matter if he’s right or wrong. Just look how the herd has made out, for the most part over the last 10yrs..IS thta a process that works? I don’t think so, do you?
