    Countering this could be the revival in power of unions under the administration of Charismatic Leader. That's his voting base, he will aggressively attend to their needs, and the new gold standards could become union jobs and government jobs where it is practically impossible to get fired and very safe to assume mandated pay increases every year. Hiring by the government and exploding union membership could likely be two new hallmarks under CL.
