Thanks for your work! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;wrt Lampert, it&#039;s an old story of someone very successful in one business thinking he can achieve the same success in another business. I did it to myself; that&#039;s how I know the paradigm. I had a wonderful (but kind of brain-dead) trash-into-gold computer business that made scads of money and I got very complacent and went into a retail business that killed me. (after swearing I NEVER wanted employees nor a retail location) &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I&#039;m thinking of Sam Zell, whose sale of his EO properties called the top of the real estate market literally to the hour...going into newspapers and getting his clock thoroughly cleaned. &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Thanks again for your insights!</description>
