WHO IS MADOFF PROTECTING?

It’s simply impossible to believe that Bernie Madoff pulled of a $50B fraud all alone. He obviously rejected the plea deal because he is the capitain going down with his ship and he’s guaranteeing that all of his sailors get into their lifeboats. It’s such a shame that the government has been unable to pull a single piece of evidence on anyone else involved in the fraud. This all begs the question: just who is Bernie Madoff protecting?
