Audit Integrity recently updated their list of high risk European equities. According to Research Recap the firms on the list qualify accordingly:
Companies on the list have Audit Integrity’s lowest Accounting and Governance Risk (AGR) Rating of Very Aggressive, and an Equity Model Ranking of 1 (Substantially Underperform Market).
Quite a few of the names on the list are some of Europe’s biggest and most well known brand names including Barclays, TOTAL, UBS & Vodafone. Of course, with high risk comes high reward. Assuming these names are the riskiest assets also assumes the ownership of substantial risk. In the reflation market these stocks are likely to outperform should the market continue to rally.
