BULL VS BEAR

Dominic Konstam, an analyst at Deutsche Bank & Tobias Levkovich, chief U.S. equity strategist at Citigroup discuss the outlook for the US economy. Konstam is bearish about the economy and believes the end of QE2 could be bullish for bonds. He is particularly worried about the decline in government spending. Levkovich, on the other hand, believes the US economy is hitting a temporary air pocket and that equities are likely to recover after a minor dip.
