JAN HATZIUS: HOUSING TO CONTINUE DECLINE, US ECONOMY RECOVERING

Jan Hatzius, chief U.S. economist at Goldman Sachs discusses his outlook for 2011. Hatzius believes the housing problems remain substantial and likely point to a further 5% decline in 2011. He does not expect the housing market to return to normal for several more years. Hatzius has a bit more optimistic outlook for the US economy as a whole in the coming year.
